Your email address or any biographical information you enter in theAfterNet will never be resold. Your email address is only required if you register for a username because we need somewhere to send your temporary email address. You will however need to register if you want to leave a message.
If you request to be notified of a reply to one of your forum postings, you will receive that. After you register a username, you can choose to hide your email address from others (the default).
By default, cookies created by the AfterNet will expire in 90 days from your last visit.
All messages on theAfterNet are monitored, so don’t plan your illegal activities here if you don’t want someone to know about it. In short, if you say something here, expect everyone to know about it. If you send someone a private message through the forums, those messages are still stored on AfterNet servers. Contact that person directly through their email address to avoid anyone on theAfterNet being involved.
