Page corners provide navigation: next page, next chapter, etc. Page Up / Page Down will also page through the book.

Do not use the browser commands to enlarge the type size or the pagination will be unreliable (missing text, lines chopped in half). Instead, use the Type size pull down. Changing the width, number of lines, type size and page spread will send you back to page one of the current chapter. If you delete the cookie, which by default is set to expire in three months from your last visit, you will lose your place in the book.
